  1. Compression Molding: This method is commonly used to manufacture rubber products with complex shapes, such as gaskets and seals. The rubber material is placed in heated molds and compressed using both the upper and lower molds.

  2. Injection Molding: Injection molding is used for more complex rubber products, such as tire treads, hoses, and rubber-coated metal wires. It involves injecting plasticized rubber into a mold under high pressure to achieve continuous shaping.

  3. Calendering: Calendering is suitable for producing simple sheet or plate-shaped rubber products. It involves pressing the rubber compound into sheets of specific thickness and width using a calendering machine. In some cases, textile fibers used in rubber products, like tires, rubber sheets, or hoses, are coated with a thin layer of rubber (known as bonding or coating) using the calendering process.

These processes may also involve preheating, drying, and coating steps to ensure proper material properties and quality.
